What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the material, size, tooling, decoration and number of designs. Send your target quantity so we can assess a suitable production route and confirm the MOQ in your quotation.
How much does a custom figure cost?
Cost depends on sculpt complexity, size, part count, material, finish, order quantity and packaging. Request a project quotation covering development, tooling and production as applicable.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on design readiness, sample revisions, tooling and production requirements. Share your launch date; the project schedule should be confirmed after the design and scope are reviewed.
Can I start with a drawing instead of a 3D model?
Yes. Share sketches, character views or reference images, together with the intended size. Existing 3D files can also be reviewed as a starting point for development.
Can I review a sample before mass production?
Prototype development is part of the project workflow. Review and approve the agreed sample and specifications before the project moves into production.
Can packaging and testing requirements be included?
Share your packaging concept, target sales market, intended age group and testing requirements when requesting a quote. The applicable scope, documentation and costs need to be confirmed for your project.
